RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Aura Adorned Studio, each product is handcrafted with sacred care, rare ingredients, and intentional energy. Due to the ritual nature and hygienic standards of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit for any items that arrive in error or are damaged during transit.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order is already in our ritual queue and cannot be canceled.
Custom & Ritual Items
Custom blends, sacred oils, scripting kits, and ritual-infused items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their unique and energetic preparation.
SHIPPING INFO
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
All orders are processed with intention and care within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times may vary, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ritual Preparation Time:
Because many of our items are spiritually prepared or made-to-order (such as ritual oils, scripting kits, and anointed blends), additional processing time may apply. This ensures energetic alignment and potency.
Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use USPS for domestic shipping and UPS or DHL for international orders. If you have specific shipping needs, please message us before placing your order.
